My expertise blends leadership and relationships, and how the two are interwoven. I’ve been the Head of HR, Talent, and Leadership functions in several top organizations. I’ve worked in the corporate and non-profit space for over 10 years. I’ve been there. I wrestled in the corporate rat race. My schedule was a mess. My relationships suffered. I struggled to build my business. Over the years, I have experienced failure in almost every area of my life, from relationships to business. Today, I am grateful for all of these experiences and these failures because they led me on a journey, a path to discover who I am and my purpose, to face my fears, and taught me how to cultivate meaningful relationships. This path helped shape me and I learned what it looks like to have a life with purpose, to lead with purpose, and how to have fulfillment in every area of my life. I overcame betrayal, failure, disappointment, rejection, and everything the world had thrown at me, and you can too. I personally overcame all of those challenges to discover the path that leads to a life of purpose, fulfillment, and connection.
